Price And Payment
The goods price payable you see displayed on the website are set out at the time you place your order with us. Our prices are displayed using a link so you can be shown product prices including or excluding Vat.
Delivery will be charged in addition where the amount will be clearly displayed where they apply.
There are new payment options on our website, you now have the choice to pay via Paypal, Secure Credit Cards via EPDQ, BACS, Payment over the phone, Cheque/Postal Orders and Cash on Collection. Payment via Mobile Phone will be coming shortly. Please remember when entering your card details online your full address that is registered to your card has to be input correctly for your payment to clear. If your order declines, please double check that all information has been correctly input.
We must receive payment for your order including delivery before we can process your purchase. To confirm acceptance of your order we will send you an email to the address provided on your order details. This will create a legally binding contract between us.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of earnings, life, damage to property or personal injury as a result of any dealings with Lumberjack Tools.
We reserve the right not to supply at our discretion.
Unless you state that you wish to collect your goods, we deliver them in accordance to your order.
Lumberjack Tools use the following couriers:

- Parcels To Ireland
- Royal Mail
- UK Pallets
On all deliveries a valid signature will be required. In order to arrange a specific date for delivery please contact us via email email@example.com or telephone 01902 450470 and quote your order number. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days from the date you placed your order please notify us immediately.
Here at Lumberjack Tools we try our best to ensure that the products featured on our website are in stock, however some items may be temporarily out of stock due to production difficulties or unexpected demand. We will inform you of any delays of product and offer you choice of a nearest possible alternative, a full refund or if you are happy to wait for the delivery we will keep you informed on the progress.
Products that are in stock will be delivered to you within five working days.
Cancellation And Returns
If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale.
You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service.
We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Incorrectly Supplied Items… We will always try to ensure that the correct item(s) is delivered to you, however we are only human and occasionally a mistake can happen. Should we supply any incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01902 450470 or through email email@example.com. We can then arrange to pick up the item(s) at the same time as giving you a correct replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items…. We stock only the very best of items personally sourced by ourselves, occasionally an item may be received that has a fault or has been damaged in transit. If upon receipt there seems to be a fault or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01902 450470 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then arrange for the item(s) to be picked up for inspection. After inspection and once we are satisfied that there is a fault, we will either replace the item(s) or arrange for a full refund of the item(s) and any carriage costs incurred.
All of our machines/tools come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty of 1 year.
The information that you provide us enables us to process your orders and deliver them to you. This information is necessary to complete the transaction.
As required by UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures in the storage and disclosure of all information which you have given us in order to prevent unauthorised access.
