Returns Policy

Change of Mind

  • You have 30 days to return an item if it’s no longer required or if you’ve changed your mind.

The product must be:

  • Complete with all component parts.
  • Unused and in its original packaging with the original bill of sale.
  • You must arrange and pay for the return yourself using a tracked service.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at 01902 450 470 or info@lumberjacktools.co.uk.
  • We’ll arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours if an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Contact: 01902 450 470 or info@lumberjacktools.co.uk.
  • We will inspect the item and, if confirmed faulty, offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Returns after 30 days are subject to a £16.99 collection fee (UK mainland).

Christmas Returns

  • Items purchased 1st November – 23rd December can be returned until the end of January.
  • Purchases made on or after 24th December follow the standard return policy.

Warranty

  • All machines include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • 2-Year Extended Warranty is available for purchase. This Covers parts and labor if maintenance instructions are followed.
